BlueSkies and HotYoga.

As the days turn to weeks and the weeks turn to months- due to the lack of sunshine in Minnesota, mother nature finally threw in the towel this morning with a little bit of sunshine. With the piles of snow still on the ground and absolutely no ability to melt, motivation seems miles away. With that said what does not kill you, can only make you stronger. There are walks to go on, photos to be taken and journeys to be discovered. So, who said weather has to control happiness:)

Finding true beauty in the simplest things can be challenging at times. I immediately try and catch myself when I can feel negative vibes come about-- from the lack of sunshine, stress, finances etc. The energy around you feeds off of who you are. Which, can essentially be a stepping stone to a way of life- throwing away negative vibes. Wether you live in Minnesota or sunny California negative vibes will generate around us all so, its our jobs to take a deep breath and relax. 



Yoga is  very pure fitness and meditation. Collaborating yoga into our lives can be a little tricky but there are many different options that can be taken. There are many benefits with the practice of Yoga one of which is optimal health. We all live to have that liberating feeling where we feel happy and satisfied with ourselves all day everyday but, thats not realistic. We are humans which generally means we are allowed to make mistakes and have off-days.  Having an off-day can sometimes have you feeling sad, ashamed and guilty but if you add yoga into your daily routine( even if its just yoga breathing) changes will occur on the inside and out. 

1. Practice Yoga in the morning. Helps ignite the energy inside of you that can last throughout the whole day. Can also leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.

2. Find a local gym or yoga studio that offers classes. Sometimes just the energy of others around will help motivated and keep the adrenaline pumping.

3. There are many coupons, discounts and students help out there with yoga studios. One of which I attend which is; Core Power Yoga. They have a class called- Hot Yoga that can turn your whole week around. 

4. Have an open mind-  On the road to finding your inner BelleSunshine it can be difficult to stay open minded and not fall off track. Trying new things may open a whole new world to possibilities. 

Incorporating a little bit of fitness and exercise into the daily life will make you feel that much better  on the inside and out. We all spend to much time worrying about sizes and numbers. How is a number going to conquer your happiness? So, with that said get up, move and stay active- rain or shine!
